RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unworn garments with receipt and all tags intact and undamaged may be returned for a refund or exchanged for an alternative item within 14 days of receipt of package. To initiate a return or exchange, please email Info@nathalieloma.com for authorization and return shipping label. We deduct a flat fee of $10 from your refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.

 

In-Store Returns: Ready-to-wear garments that are in-stock, full price and have tags intact are eligible for for credit card refund, less shipping, within 14 day of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, damage free and packaged in same manner. All returns must include the original hanger that was provided.

items that have been altered or customized (made in a color, embellishment style, etc. that differs from the original sample) are final sale.

ACCESSORIES

All sales final on accessories purchased in-store, online or via phone.

Items including personalization, custom design, made-to-measure, or altered are final sale.
